Baby Biebs is a non stop promoting machine these days! The 16-year-old playa was all smiles during a meet and greet to promote his new CD My World 2.0 at the Q102 radio station on yesterday in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Thousands of fans showed up (big surprise) to meet the teen sensation in the flesh.
And Biebs' CD is on track to be HUGE, with hits like "Baby" with Ludacris and "Eenie Meenie" with Sean Kingston already dominating the charts.
